I have found for some time now that I sleep in 4 hour intervals. I usually go to sleep quickly and sleep for about 4 hours, wake up to check out the final scores of all of the sporting events that I didn't stay up for and watch TV for an hour and then go back to sleep.
Now my doctor would say that I have a sleeping disorder...duh. But I don't think that taking another pill is what I want to do. What I think would help is for the Cowboys to start winning again, my yard get raked by the a bunch of illegals while I am out of town, and for all of our employees to not give me any anxiety.
I guess the reason I share this is for all those that read this see that we all get affected by crap like this.
Halloween was not very eventful at all. I went to dj for the local high school pre-game dinner, and my wonderful wife surprised me with a birthday cake and brought it up to the school dragging a bunch of reluctant people who were there cleaning up the mess. Trick or treat is not what it used to be. Best costume at our door was a voting booth with two bags of candy...one for the old man and the other for that Tiger Woods guy. that is how she was going to determine who was going to win.

Hilarious costume!!! How old was the kid wearing it? We totally had ADULTS trick or treating here. I don't mean 20 somethings, either. I mean the grown-ups walked around with their kids (in costume) and held out their own bag for candy. I guess they felt like if they put the time into dressing up and walking for an hour, they deserved some candy....and I can't say I blame them.
I'm sure she just hasn't checked the blog lately. :)
I just heard on this tv show that people that average around 6 or 7 hours of sleep per night are actually healthier and live longer than those that sleep longer.
Haha. Love the costume idea. Wonder what the candy to vote ratio was!
